Rain

It is raining cats and dogs

I love how it feels

It is washing out the pain

And every wound, it heals

Every time it rains

Thoughts strike my mind

Wonders fill my heart

For a secret I yearn to find

Does rain mean tears

Falling down from heaven?

Or it is a sign for a miracle

Sent from heaven number seven!

May be it means a flood,

That covers the universe

Or it’s a sign sent from God

For those who dwell the earth!

I like how it melts my body

And the way it wets my hair

I enjoy seeing the droplets racing

And scattering in the air

For me

Rain is inspiration :)

It is a new life

A new hope just spreading

For the creatures alive

Rain means equality

Between the parties of humanity

It wets the poor and the rich

The kind and the cruel

The righteous and the godly

The smart and the fool

God is fair

And the rain is a cure!
